Yeah, that looks a lot like the Changeling larps my friend used to do, albeit on a much more impressive scale.
In the meantime, I think the plot for the one-shot/one-day "I Left My Hearts In San Francisco" event just fixed itself, complete with figuring out the 'hook' for the video clues. I might have to start *gulp* writing it.
I'm also working on ideas for a scavenger hunt/mystery thing that has all the clues online, but all the goodies in the bay area. That's more of a long-term idea to work on, of course.
The very-strange "locked room" DW larp idea, as ever, still needs work. I need to finish reading the pile of Campbell I've got waiting for me, for a start. Yeah, there's a connection...
