Colin Baker (always jolly good fun)
Kai Owen (hot damn!)

And, as it turns out, Gary Russel will be in attendance after all.

KAI OWEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNN!!!! Merry Christmas to Torchwood fans! Caitlin and I just spent a solid 15 minutes screaming at each other. I can't even stand it. I'm so freakin excited. AGH! TOO AMAZING! I can't breathe. I may throw up. THIS IS TOO AWESOME. I can't stop spazzing out! W00t!!!! This is fab. TWO TORCHWOOD ACTORS AT GALLIFREY!!!! This blows my mind. Only two years ago I went to the lone panel that had Torchwood included in it and it was an hour of bash Torchwood while Peter Anghelides looked on forlornly and occasionally got to say how he liked something they were ripping. Oh how the tide has turned (evil laughter).
