Wow, that's a lot of crew. Then again, Federation crews tend to consist of anyone who's not in the scene, and Mike on camera usually. The director's usually responsible for continuity, everyone deals w/ their own wardrobe (although I do some make-up on others, should the need arise), whoever's not busy holds the boom mic and/or reflector, as a group we light scenes. And we all usually drive ourselves to the location in question.

Everyone works differently, though. I don't want you to fret about needing all that crew when in reality you might not.
