Re the Time Agent thing -- there are plenty of audio production groups both in and *out* of fandom, some of whom do good work, who might be happy to handle the recording end of things if the project enthuses them. Neil Marsh is involved with Hub Of The Universe Productions -- you never know, they might be interested in doing a production, especially if you're willing to do post-production yourself!
