I've done a few segments for Syne Mitchell's Weavecast where I recorded interviews on my mp3 player and sent them on to Syne for editing.

Actually, over the past few months, she's gathered together a group of volunteers to do the editing for her so that she can concentrate on the content - that has been working very well for her, and I think is probably an excellent example to follow.
