1) Take one very long piece of colored ribbon. 2) Stamp with customized motto/graphics/both in brightly-colored foils. 3) Cut so each piece of ribbon is about the width of a con badge. 4) Apply sticky-backed plastic to the top edge so it will adhere to a badge or other ribbon. 5) Disseminate at cons.
