Torchwood: Ficlet (Follow-up to Torn)

Drat! I just accidentally overwrote a long entry (on something non-Torchwood, I might add) with this entry. I hate that! Oh well, I can recall most of it from memory when I feel like typing it out again. In the meantime...

There were some calls for the "memo" mentioned at the end of Torn.
