Does anyone know when The Next Doctor will be aired/legitimately available in the US?

The Gallifrey One chairperson has made the announcement that he's been teasing doctorwhoforum.com with for the last few days. Added to the roster are:

Colin Baker (always jolly good fun)
Kai Owen (hot damn!)

And, as it turns out, Gary Russel will be in attendance after all.
