I'm in a bad mood and I need cheering up.
Unfortunately, it seems that I've loaned my videotape of The Curse of Fatal Death out to someone, and I can't remember who.
Argh!
CoFD always makes me laugh. And it's bloody impossible to (legally) replace. Well, apparently I can pick up a 'used' (ie, potentially bootlegged) copy for, oh, thirty dollars from Amazon. Sigh.
Damn, I guess I'll have to resort to Time Crash, or City of Death.
Hm, that reminds me, I've yet to introduce my recently-converted-to-Who pal to the old series, and I find that City of Death is always an excellent story to start off with...
PS - and have just been reminded that the VCR is probably on its last legs at the moment and any tape stuffed into its guts might not survive the experience. Oh well.
(edit: The Now Show threw itself on the grenade of my lousy mood. The eps was better than usual, and thus the crisis has been averted.)
