As I'm teetering on the brink of a migraine, I'm looking for distractions.

So. What are your plans for Gallifrey One?

It looks like I'm on at least three panels. Dunno what the final tally will be. I think it could go as high as five, but no more than that.

I want to volunteer for the masquerade, but I've no idea who's actually running the show, so I've no idea who to contact.

There's a strong possibility I'll be asking my roomies if we can host a private cocktail hour for the members of dw_cosplay but I'm not sure when we'd do it. I'm thinking early Friday evening, after opening ceremonies and before Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf. Plans still v. much up in the air, though. Someone else might host, but he's got to get the okay from his roomies and he's a bit doubtful. Failing a cocktail hour, I'll tell everyone to make sure they come down to one of the semi-official party on Friday (or Saturday) evening and we can do a meetup, there. In fact, that might be easier for everyone... :)

Costumes on the to-pack list are:
- Femmy Ten (but only 'cos it's got a fan club, apparently, and so I can do pix with Mi's Mod-TARDIS rig)
- Suzie Costello (as it looks like I've two groups of TW-cosplay pals who need a Suzie). mettemu? Is there any chance I could borrow your Risen Mitten prop if I leave a kidney as a security deposit?
- Romana's Androids of Tara rig. (well, duh!)
- Lucy!Master

I'm not sure if I'm going to pack any Fanperson Appreciation Gear this time around. Ditto a slightly-retooled version of the generic Time Agent. Really and truly, four costumes should be enough.

I'm not kidding anyone, am I?

Buts, I will be wearing it! Granted not all the time, and it probably, as iamradar will attest, can be borrowed from time to time. There is also the fact that it was a quickie costume job and will likely scratch up your hand, but I somehow don't think that is going to stop you :-)

Ahh, fair point. Dumbass here didn't think that, gosh, you might want to use it yourself. Well, if the timing works out for various photo sessions (god help me, I'm going to have to *schedule* costume outings for G1 this year) that would be grand. In the meantime, I'll see what I can do on the cheap-and-nasty front...
