My Gallifrey One Schedule, for those who give a damn.

Commitments I Have Made
Friday 5PM - Masquerade 101. The usual.
Friday 5PM - ??? - help set up/wrangle the Pompeii Toga party.

Saturday 9AM - quick photo thing with a pal (Femmy Ten and Twiggy-mod TARDIS, long story)
Saturday 12N - Notes From The Virtual Trenches. Whereupon I act as the token female blogger, or something (wait, I see another gal on the panel list...)
Saturday 3PM - Doctor Who & Torchwood Costuming & Pre-Masque Workshop - this sounds like ten pounds of panel stuffed into a five pound bag. I've no idea what, if anything, will be accomplished.
Saturday 6PM - 9PM - Masquerade Obligations.
Saturday 9PM - ??? - I've promised Merv & Judith I'll help them out with their Volcano Day party, although this will probably be nothing more onerous than an hour's ID-checking and helping at the bar.
Sunday 10AM - No Sew Costuming and Masquerade Roundup - another attempt to put 2 panels in one. I'll focus on the costuming part and just chat afterwards to folks with masque feedback...

Events I Intend to Attend
Friday 2PM - Gareth David-Lloyd and Kai Owen Q&A (I'll be late to this, as I want to hit a costumers' photo session for a few minutes, if possible)
Friday 3PM - Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant, Wendy Padbury Q&A
Friday 4PM - DIYDW - Do it yourself DW video
Friday 6PM - Opening Ceremonies (don't roll your eyes, it's fun!)
Saturday morning (more obligations)
Saturday 10AM - Getting Started with Cosplay - more to watch the panelists blow a few paradigms of the attendees, more than anything.
Saturday 11AM - So you want to podcast Doctor Who?
Saturday 3PM - 4:45ish - stand in line for autographs (yes, I schedule this stuff, don't you?)
Saturday 5PM - cosplayers' meetup (for folks in companion costumes - providing I'm wearing Romana I)
Saturday 9:30PM - Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf - no way am I missing that.
Saturday 11:30PM - Adult themes in DW. Finally, I might actually be able to attend this bloody panel!
Sunday 12N - dw_cosplay meetup
Sunday 1PM - Doctor Who in the comics
Sunday 3PM - GDL & Kai Owen (again. Depends on if I want to hit the autograph line or something..)
Sunday 4PM - Colin Baker & Nicola Bryant

In contrast, my schedule for Gallifrey One looks like this:

Thursday: Stop by Thursday night during setup, spend half an hour putting up a few poster enlargements of our postcard art, drop off sign-up sheets for the mailing list.

Friday: Slip out of work early Friday, check in to hotel.

Saturday: Lunch time meeting, 2-ish.

Sunday: Check out of hotel. Go home.

As you know, I'm planning to mail ribbons today so I don't have to run around trying to make those deliveries on-site.

I'll be sitting at the San Jose Westercon table. Though I do have a Ravelry meetup on Saturday, I need to show off The Scarf! And there is the autograph thing and I should probably do a few panels. The Colin Baker one sounds good.
I'm sure I'll find others. I always do at Gallifrey.

I tried going to a con as a regular attendee, last year - no panels, no masque commitment, nuthin'...

I had NO idea what to do with myself. It was awful.

I know that some of the schedule is going to fall prey to my desire to get a few autographs and the need to eat on a regular basis but, other than that, whee!!
