I've let a couple of projects slide this week: Time Agency Fanfic of Dooooom and the Doctor Who Costuming Website of Dooooom.

The former is, in fact, sliding perilously close to being repackaged as a short-run tabletop RPG, but I don't want to give up on the original format just yet. The latter, I just needed a breather and it's giving contributors a chance to get information to me. And I'm starting to think that maybe I should drag myself out of the Bronze Age of HTML and learn how to do CSS and such properly. It would make certain updates to the site a lot easier...

Meanwhile, I started outlining another James Bond/Jack Harkness crackfic for [livejournal.com profile] moviegrrl's benefit. Working title: Opals Are Forever and that should give you an idea of the sheer cheesiness of it. I'm trying for a slightly less-direct plot than The Harkness Supremacy but also a bit more humor. We'll see how it goes. The outline's currently stuck at the annoying stage where the middle third is nothing more than "And then SOMETHING happens". I'll shift it eventually, I'm sure.

You are an inspiration to those of us with 15 half done projects laying about. I'd offer to help with the CSS but My first project off the clock is a blog for a 26yo drwho newsletter...

Css is actually a fucking doddle. Srsly. Didn't take me long to learn, changed my outlook to webdesign forever.
