I walked in to the office today, feeling relatively calm and quite chipper, 'cos [livejournal.com profile] jack_harkness_ has thrown himself (and how!) on the ticking parcel labelled Owen Bloody Harper and between that and some truly torrid IMing with a pal last night, I figured I had the pervyficness out of me for another month.

Fat chance.

Silly fangrrl had forgotten that the BFA she had dropped on the iPod today contains a bit in part three that always makes her wobbly. Always.

Give in to it. Give in to me.

Ow. Who put that wall there, damn it?

...and another day's productivity is blown before the day even began. I'll never get bored of listening to Paul McGann being sinister. Mmmm...

Meanwhile, Jack's staring at the parcel on his desk and wondering how best to unwrap it. *wibble*

Y'know, I used to keep all this stuff locked up inside. Alas, alack! I must come out as a pervy fangrrl, for once and for all.

That reminds me, I must get the Pervy Time Lord Fancier tee-shirts made up and on Cafe Press...

In other news, I've listened to it three times now, and Zagreus still only makes sense about half the time, dammit.

I'm afraid Zagreus never makes much sense, no matter how often you listen to it (at least, in my experience). I mainly enjoy hearing Paul McGann rant and moan in this story, and I love his exchanges with Nicholas Courtney as the TARDIS done wrong. :)

Mmm... Moaning!PMG. Almost as much fun as sinister!PMG

Gosh, I'm so easy to please.

And yeah, I'm resigned to Zagreus never making sense. *sigh*

I was so looking forward to Zagreus after Neverland. I wasn't very keen about it when I first heard it, but it has grown on me with time. And I love Scherzo.

The new Eighth Doc audios on BBC7 sound promising.

I'm re-listening to Scherzo right now. It's probably unhealthy how much I *heart* emo!Eight. ;)

Have you heard "Memory Lane" yet? Not the best, but a well-constructed little tale.

And yeah, I'm really looking forward to the BBC7 stuff. Yay for the Beeb airing Big Finish! ;)

Nah, I don't think listening to the Eighth Doc wittering on is unhealthy. However, I do play these audios when driving around by myself since my family doesn't share my enthusiasm for them (so much for Gary Russell saying that one was supposed to listen to the audioplays as if attending a theater performance and not doing chores or driving).

I rather like Memory Lane, which seems better than a lot of the recent Eighth Doc audioplay releases. And I've preordered the BBC7 stuff from BIg FInish (funny how I'm so willing to enrich the coffers of Jason Haigh-Ellery). :)

I suspect I'll be dropping a big whack of cash on Big Finish at Gallifrey One - conscience money, no doubt, for having DL'd so much of their stuff. But really, the exchange rate and shipping make the titles so bloody expensive.

Hm, thinking of Gallifrey One, I need to catch up on Six/Evelyn stuff...
