Ok, now that I've stopped hitting my head against the wall... I had typed up a whole response to your last TW post that got eaten. I didn't have energy to recreate but I did say something about this whole thing...

Basically it's that Ianto continues to be clear with Jack that he's just biding time until just the right moment when he will get the maximum bang for his buck when he sticks it to Jack HARD. Jack, meanwhile, seems to be watching rather closely and gives every appearance of wanting to work something out, he just can't figure out how to go about it. I *so* see this turning into a power thing very, very soon... Well, actually it already has. I'm not confused about the stopwatch anymore - Hot, "therapeutic", angry, power sex is going on as we speak. I don't see this ending well. I think a punch up would be a little simple... I see more of a fight to the death or someone leaving. Do we know if they intend to have another season? Originally the press seemed to be billing it as a 13 part mini-series.

The Beeb is going to decide on a second season any day now. Definitely by the end of December, so it's been asked for, I know that much.

Although one can't help noticing that they could have 'cheated' the blocking a little better. But still... DAMN. *happysigh*

I don't know the story context of this photo, but to my eyes, Ianto just doesn't seem to be that into it. He's very rigid and seems to be almost pulling back while Jack is being all tender and kissy......I mean, just look at Ianto's shoulders!!!

I made much the same comment to squeakydalek when she sent me the URL. I think that *might* be the actor - notice how the smooch is blocked, GD is off somewhere around JB's upper jaw - but there could be a plot reason instead/too.

Don't care, honestly. That pic might not be perfect, but it's good enough for now. :)
