Long story short, would any of y'all with (generally) homeless Whovian RPG muses be interested in joining a free-form RPG community? We might as well pass some time with each other.

Naturally, I'm calling dibs on Jack Harkness (and possibly the Eighth Doctor if I can prod him out of his coma). I'd like to let noneofyours call dibs on Owen, if that's fine by y'all. ladykoori, for the record, plays an awesome Sarah Jane Smith.

I'm all for allowing within-reason non-canon characters, 'cause I want to drag lola_in_tardis into this, if at all possible. She rawks.

Meanwhile, off the top of my head, I know I've got pals who cheerfully do turns as various Doctors, companions and members of the Torchwood team and quite smashingly, to boot¹.

Pure free-form RP - I've learned my lesson re: LJ gaming and plots. A place for us to unleash our darlings on each other, chase plotbunnies, etc. No need to adhere to whatever canon you've established for the character, if you don't feel like it - just a general playground. Helll, I don't expect time to move in a linear fashion in the setting, anyways. More details on that once my Evil Twin okays my wholesale theft of her idea for a setting...

Thoughts? Interest? Want to call dibs on a character²? Leave a comment here and let's see what happens, if anything.

But just in case it does... cardiffxtime And, yes, Evil Twin, I was wondering if I could borrow Lola's pad for a regular meeting place, as once discussed, way back when... ;)

¹ - shut up, Mr. Box.

² - be prepared for me or any other interested would-be member to ask if you've played the character before, as I think that's only fair.

While I will freely admit that I've never role-played her, I was wondering if you'd allow me to try Leela? I have extensive experience doing live action role-play/improve so I think I'd do okay but if you aren't willing to try a relative noob I completely understand.

I think that to avoid confusion, I will see about creating a seperate 'Leela' LJ. I've only got the main Seamstrix one at this point so one more shouldn't be too bad.

You do realize that she's mostly going to be about asking questions and wanting to kill things, right?.....and I'd better lay in a supply of janis thorns......and my whet stone, better have that handy.......

I tried bouncing over there and I wasn't admitted as part of the community, but I made my formal request so hopefully Leela will be admitted soon. Right now she's falling thru a time/space hole from Gallifrey towards Cardiff and it's getting a bit chilly in that leather outfit......
