Not that I don't think he'd be ohmigodfabulous and all - because he would - but I must admit that I have to take all DW gossip received at 2:20AM local time (yes, I'm up far too late) with a grain of salt. (and maddesperatefangirlyhope)

Either Doctor Who dies, regenerates and as we know becomes a completely different person or Doctor Who reaches his last regeneration; we find out the Master didn't die after all and he assumes the Doctor Who name in a similar way to the Dread Pirate Roberts plotline in the Princess Bride.

Anyway, I wouldn't believe everything I read in the tabloids, I think the tabloids announced about three different people as a replacement for Rose as news rather than rumour.
